The City is working to implement a new licensing & permitting platform for individual & company contractors. The new process will be 100% online. It'll allow individuals to apply, renew, & pay for licenses from home and/or work. The platform will streamline the application process, provide updates, and allow individuals to talk directly with staff. More info will be announced at a later date.

CHEYENNE – A friendly reminder that the Compost Facility (3714 Windmill Rd.) will accept your natural Christmas tree for disposal immediately after the holidays and year-round.
Excluding upcoming closures due to the holidays, the Compost Facility is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. There will be a large roll off container outside the front gate for those who drop their tree off after business hours. We ask that the base of the tree does not exceed 10 inches in diameter. Please remove all decorations from your natural tree prior to disposal. Merry Christmas from the Compost Facility crew!
