The Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority will host three public outreach sessions this month for residents, businesses, and visitors to help prioritize potential future improvements to Downtown Cheyenne.

This prioritization exercise and outreach is part of the Downtown Plan of Development Update and will help influence what projects and enhancements will be featured in the final plan.

The outreach sessions will be:

  • Friday, June 14 – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Depot Plaza
  • Friday, June 21 – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Depot Plaza
  • Saturday, June 22 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during Superday at Lions Park

Residents, business owners, and visitors can also take an online survey for this phase of outreach at www.cheyenneddaplan.com.

The Downtown Plan of Development Update is a 12-18 month process that will result in a new vision for the future of downtown, guiding policies and key implementation action items for achieving the vision. The plan will provide a blueprint for strategies that promote economic vitality and increase public activities, while enhancing the historic western charm of Downtown Cheyenne.
