CHEYENNE – On Monday, Cheyenne Mayor Patrick Collins announced the appointment of Stefanie Boster to serve as the next Cheyenne City Attorney.
Current City Attorney, Michael O’Donnell, has announced his retirement in September of 2021.

“I am excited to welcome Stefanie as City Attorney. She brings a unique background with a skillset that includes service as a City Council member in Casper,” stated Mayor Patrick Collins. “I am excited for her to join our team and all she will do to better our community.”
“I’m excited for this new venture with the City,” said Boster. “I would like to thank Mayor Collins for this opportunity to serve the people of Cheyenne.”
Prior to her time as a Partner with Hickey & Evans, Boster served as an Attorney for the Wyoming Public Service Commission and Associate Attorney for Murane & Bostwick, LLC / Chapin & Dixon, LLP. For seven years, Boster owned and operated her own law firm out of Casper.
