PUBLIC NOTICE: SURPLUS AUCTION

The City of Cheyenne, under the direction of Al-Rose Auction & Realty LLC, will be holding a “Surplus Auction”. This will take place on-line at www.alroseauction.com or www.wyauction.com, beginning September 2, 2022, with the bidding starting to close September 20, 2022 at 7:00 pm MST.
Items to be auctioned off are 2008 Saturn Outlook, 2008 Chevy Trailblazer, 2009 Ford Crown Vic, 2009 & 2011 Ford E-450 Transit bus, 2002 GMC Sonoma, 1984 Dump Truck, Two flatbed trailers, 2003 Ford F-250 4x4, 2012 Ford F-150 XL Extended Cab, 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix, Various John Deer Zero Turn Mowers, John Deer Gator Utility Vehicle, 2013 Polaris Brutus UTV, A-frame/chain hoist, Polaris PTO Attachment (mower deck, snow blower, angle broom), Polaris bucket attachments, Polaris Snow plow, Sprayers, Truck Topper, 43 Abandoned Vehicles the City has acquired including campers, Husky Air Compressor, Knack Job Box/Stand, Impact Tools, Spray Tank, Radial Arm Saw, DeWalt tools- Sawzall, Impact Wrench Set, Drill-18V, Pallet Jack, Tires, Rigid 800K Generator, Reznor Gas Heaters, Centrifuge Units and other miscellaneous items. Items at the Dry Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant, 8911 Campstool Road, can be previewed on September 16, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Items at the Fleet Maintenance Shop, 2731 Old Happy Jack Road can be previewed on September 16, 2022 from 1:30 -4:00pm, and Board of Public Utilities, 2406 Snyder Avenue, can be previewed on September 16, 2022 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
All sales are "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" and all sales are final. Items purchased at the auction must be removed from city property by the designated pickup dates and times (unless other arrangements are made with city personnel). The City of Cheyenne will not be responsible for items not picked up on the designed dates.
