Council to hold special meeting and work session on UDC

The Cheyenne City Council will hold a special meeting and a work session on Friday, Jan. 23, 2026.
The special meeting will begin at 12 p.m. and includes one agenda item involving transfer of a retail liquor license.
Following the special meeting, City Council will hold a work session to receive information and updates about the annual review of the Unified Development Code.
