Each company is required to register their Qualified Supervisor as well. Company licenses come ONLY in pairs you will need a Company license AND an Individual Qualified Supervisor license.

Building Permitting & Licensing issues construction related permits and provides plan review and inspection services with regard to building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical construction in the City limits of Cheyenne. The primary goal is to protect the public health and safety through the administration and enforcement of the adopted building and fire codes.  Building & Safety Division is made up of a Chief Building Official, inspection staff, and office support specialist staff. Building Permitting & Licensing provides the primary staff support for the Building Code Board of Appeals and Contractor Licensing Board.
