Cheyenne Transit FREE Fixed Route Bus Service

Cheyenne Transit (CTP) offers FREE fixed route bus service.  

CTP’s fixed route service operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No service is provided on Sundays.

Riders are encouraged to use Google Maps to assist with trip planning as it provides specific details on bus stop locations and ride times. CTP's ADA complementary paratransit provides shared ride, curb-to-curb, or beyond the curb if necessary due to a disability, service to persons determined to be “ADA eligible” for those trips that cannot be made using the fixed route service. The free service operates within a ¾ mile radius of the fixed routes. To apply for ADA complementary paratransit eligibility, you can pick up an application at the CTP office (322 W. Lincolnway), at the following link: https://t.ly/DLHvY, or you can call (307) 637-6253 to obtain an application by mail. ADA paratransit trip requests must be made at least one day in advance by calling (307) 637-6253, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. ADA paratransit trip requests can also be made on the CTP app available on Apple and Android devices.

CTP will provide on-demand service to areas outside of the fixed routes for a fare of $1.50 on a space available basis. Riders will travel to a transit "hub" and then be picked up by a scheduled on-demand vehicle and taken to their destination. On-demand service is first-come, first-serve and must be scheduled at least a day in advance. On-demand trips outside the fixed routes can be booked by calling (307) 637-6253, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by using the CTP app.
