The Cheyenne Housing & Community Development Office is hereby giving notice that it is amending the City of Cheyenne Annual Action Plans for Fiscal Years 2005-2006 and 2007-2008. Unexpended Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds have been recaptured for these years. Two applications have been received from Peak Wellness Center for their Stagecoach Drop-In Center for rehabilitation of their sidewalk and parking lot. The Housing & Community Development Office would like to utilize these recaptured funds to assist with the rehabilitation needed at the Stagecoach Drop-In Center. If you have any comments, please direct them to the staff of the H&CD Office.
